乔虎生，男，汉族，1974年4月生。2000年参加工作，2003-2005年在兰州大学攻读博士学位，2006-2008年在浙江大学博士后流动站工作，2010年破格晋升为教授，2012年11月-2013年11月在加拿大《Wilfrid Laurier University》访问。美国《Math Review》评论员，主要研究方向是半群代数理论。

获奖：
(1) 环的幂级数扩张研究，甘肃省科技进步二等奖，2003年.(第二完成人)

(2) 广义幂级数环理论研究，甘肃省高等学校科技进步一等奖，2006年. (第二完成人)

(3) 利用S-系方法对幺半群的研究， 2006年首届甘肃省青年科技创新行动个人一等奖.

(4) 广义幂级数环理论研究，甘肃省自然科学二等奖，2007年. (第二完成人)

(5) 半群的表示与环理论，甘肃省高等学校科技进步三等奖，2010年. (第一完成人)
